1. Data controller

2. What data we collect and why

Contact form

If you use the contact form on this website, we collect the information you submit: your name, e-mail address, message, and optionally your company name and phone number. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry. The form is processed by Formspree, Inc., acting as our data processor, and is protected against abuse by Google reCAPTCHA, which may process your IP address and browser characteristics. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

Website analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service, to understand overall website traffic. Plausible does not use cookies and does not store personal data or persistent identifiers; data is aggregated and anonymous. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how our website is used (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

Error monitoring

We use Sentry to detect technical errors on the website. If an error occurs in your browser, technical information such as your browser type, operating system, and the error details may be sent to Sentry, acting as our data processor. This data is used only to diagnose and fix errors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the website functional and secure (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

Social media scheduling service (trypost.lvq.social)

We operate a social media scheduling service at https://trypost.lvq.social, governed by our Terms of Service. If you have an account there, we store your name, e-mail address and sign-in credentials, the posts and media you create, and the data described in the two sections below for each platform you connect. The legal basis is the performance of the service you requested (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).

LinkedIn integration

Our applications may integrate with the LinkedIn platform. If you authorize our application to access your LinkedIn account, we receive only the data covered by the permissions you approve during authorization: typically your name, profile picture, e-mail address, and/or the ability to publish content on your behalf. We use this data solely to provide the functionality you requested (for example, authenticating you or publishing content you have explicitly created and approved). We do not sell LinkedIn member data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third parties. You can revoke our application's access at any time via your LinkedIn settings under "Permitted services", after which we no longer receive any data from LinkedIn. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)) and the performance of the service you requested (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).

Facebook, Instagram and Threads (Meta Platforms) integration

Our applications may integrate with Facebook, Instagram and Threads through the Meta Platforms APIs. If you authorize our application to access your Meta account, we receive only the data covered by the permissions you approve during authorization: typically your name and profile picture, the list of Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts or Threads profiles you manage, an access token, and the ability to publish content to those pages and accounts on your behalf and to read basic metrics for content we published. We use this data solely to provide the functionality you requested. We do not sell Meta platform data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third parties. You can revoke our application's access at any time via your Facebook, Instagram or Threads settings ("Business Integrations" or "Apps and Websites"), after which we no longer receive any data from Meta. See our data deletion instructions for how to have the data we already hold deleted. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)) and the performance of the service you requested (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).

3. Data retention

Contact inquiries are kept only as long as necessary to handle the inquiry and any subsequent business relationship. Error monitoring data is automatically deleted by Sentry after a short retention period. Data received from LinkedIn or Meta is kept only while your authorization is active and is deleted when you revoke access or ask us to delete it (see our data deletion instructions). Account data on trypost.lvq.social is kept while your account exists and deleted when the account is closed.

4. Data sharing and transfers

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the data processors named above (Formspree, Google, Plausible, Sentry, LinkedIn, Meta, and Cloudflare, which fronts trypost.lvq.social) to the extent necessary to operate this website and our services. Where processors are located outside the EU/EEA, transfers are safeguarded by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or EU standard contractual clauses.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to our processing of it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at lars@lvq.dk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), www.datatilsynet.dk.
